Education: Minimum SPM / Diploma / LCCI / Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant working experience preferred (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, MYOB, QuickBooks).
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Perform data entry of accounting transactions into the accounting system.
  • Assist in issuing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and summaries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other relevant authorities when required.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative or finance tasks assigned by management.
