Education: Minimum SPM / Diploma / LCCI / Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant working experience preferred (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).Skills:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, MYOB, QuickBooks).
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Perform data entry of accounting transactions into the accounting system.
- Assist in issuing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and summaries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other relevant authorities when required.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative or finance tasks assigned by management.
