  • Assist the Deputy General Manager in handling daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and business arrangements
  • Prepare meeting minutes, organize documents, and maintain proper filing systems
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and related documents
  • Follow up on project progress and departmental task execution
  • Coordinate cross-department communication and work arrangements
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information professionally
  • Arrange and manage business travel matters, including:
  • Flight bookings
  • Hotel reservations
  • Travel itinerary planning
  • Transportation arrangements
  • Preparation of travel-related documents
  • Willing to travel locally and overseas with the Deputy General Manager
  • Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and flexible working hours based on management arrangements
  • Perform other duties assigned by management
