- Prepare meeting minutes, organize documents, and maintain proper filing systems
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and related documents
- Follow up on project progress and departmental task execution
- Coordinate cross-department communication and work arrangements
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information professionally
- Arrange and manage business travel matters, including:
- Flight bookings
- Hotel reservations
- Travel itinerary planning
- Transportation arrangements
- Preparation of travel-related documents
- Willing to travel locally and overseas with the Deputy General Manager
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and flexible working hours based on management arrangements
- Perform other duties assigned by management
