DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. To support Accounts receivable (AR) collection reconciliation & daily approval on authorization lists in Merimen portal
  2. To provide general office administrative support, including managing office supplies, coordinating courier services, and other related tasks.
  3. To perform data entry and basic record-keeping to ensure accurate and up-to-date records documentation.
  4. To support staff welfare and engagement activities
  5. To support other ad-hoc administrative tasks
  6. Willing to work in Serdang

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Academic Qualification and Experience
  • Preferably possess a Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management or any related discipline in IT
Knowledge / Skills / Competencies
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Well-versed with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
