What You’ll Do

参与客户跟进流程检讨，并协助优化服务及工作流程。
- Operational & Sales Coordination
在需要时协助日常营运及销售相关协调工作。
Customer Service & Treatment Responsibilities 客户服务与护理职责- Customer Reception
以专业及友善的态度接待客户。
- Eye Treatment Service & Education
提供眼部护理服务，并讲解疗程前后护理及产品优势。
- Customer Feedback & Follow-up
负责顾客反馈及护理记录，并进行后续跟进。
- Sales & Promotion
推广及销售适合客户需求的疗程及产品，以达成销售目标。
- Treatment Area Maintenance
确保护理区域整洁、卫生及物品充足。
- Training & Skill Development
参与培训，提升产品知识、服务质量及销售技巧。
- Client Relationship Management
建立并维持与新旧客户的专业关系。
- Upselling & Cross-selling
根据客户需求，推荐相关或升级疗程及产品。
- Sales & Engagement Targets
积极达成每月销售及客户互动目标。

- Min. 2 years customer service (retail preferred) 至少2年客服经验（零售优先）
- Knowledge of eye care / willing to learn 懂眼部护理或愿意学习
- Good in English, Malay & Mandarin 熟练中英文及马来文 (Communicate with clients from all races)
- Strong communication & sales mindset 良好沟通能力，具销售意识
- Pleasant, professional appearance 仪表端庄，性格友好
