Finance Manager (SSC Controller) This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead financial accounting and management functions, ensuring compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and local reporting. You will be instrumental in coordinating intercompany charges, overseeing daily finance operations, and leading the annual budgeting process.
What you'll do:
As a Finance Manager (SSC Controller), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of our client's business.- Act as Local Finance Lead supporting Financial Accounting & Management functions.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and local reporting.
- Coordinate and prepare issuance of invoices and debit/credit notes for intercompany charges across different group affiliates.
- Assist, review, advise and oversee daily finance operation especially in accounts payable and claims process.
- Lead the development and management of the annual budgeting process.
- Collaborate with relevant personnel to gather inputs for budget preparation.
- Prepare accurate monthly cost centre reports for management and stakeholders.
- Identify, implement, and oversee process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
- Develop and implement internal controls and management reporting guidelines.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Finance Manager (SSC Controller) position brings a wealth of experience from multinational corporations (MNCs), backed by a degree in Accounting/Finance or any relevant discipline.- At least 12 - 15 years working experience in MNCs.
- Proficiency in SAP, advanced Excel for data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, financial regulations, and local reporting requirements.
- Experience in coordinating intercompany charges across different group affiliates.
- Proven ability to develop and manage annual budgeting processes.
- Experience in preparing accurate monthly cost centre reports for management and stakeholders.
- Track record of identifying, implementing, and overseeing process improvements.
