Field Repair Technician or Assistant Supervisor Vivo

We are looking for a responsible, proactive individual to join our after-sales service team as a Field Repair Technician (Outstation) or Assistant Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Responsible and reliable
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to learn and accept training
• Able to travel for work assignments
• Relevant mobile phone repair experience is a plus (for technician role)

Job Responsibilities:

• Travel to service points for phone diagnostics and repair
• Provide professional after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction
• Assist in training local repair staff (when required)

• Assist the supervisor in daily operational tasks
• Coordinate task schedules and follow up on work progress
• Help resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth operations
