- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serving meals and drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all time at workstation and of outlet
- Provides courteous service to guest and respond promptly to guests’ inquiries, complaints or requests
- Follow all relevant health department regulations
- Maintains a friendly, pleasant and neat image to guests
- Always check personal hygiene and be well-groomed in appearance.
