We are seeking a responsible & self-motivated Admin Assistant to join our team at HANS. This role is based in Subang Jaya and focuses on supplier coordination, shipment execution, and operational support to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.
You will work closely with international suppliers (from local, China & Germany), forwarders, and internal teams within a structured environment and defined responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier/Vendor coordination- Coordinate with suppliers on order details, production status, and readiness timelines
- Support & coordinate shipment schedules, including tracking ETD / ETA
- Liaise with forwarders on booking, shipping arrangements, and customs clearance
- Ensure timely arrival of goods
- Ensure accuracy of operational documents (e.g. PO, GRN, BL, CI, PL)
- Assist in periodic stock take & generate monthly inventory report
- Maintain proper filing & traceability of key documents for audit purposes
- Coordinate basic office-related matters (utilities & service providers)
