Sales & Marketing Assistant

Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of related experience in property development, real estate, or related industry.
- Familiarity with property sales documentation, SPA process, and loan documentation will be an advantage.
- 6 working days.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin & English.
- Good communication and customer servicing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Assist the Sales & Marketing team in preparing reports, documentation, and administrative records.
- Assist the Sales Team during property launches, exhibitions, and marketing events when required.
- Welcome and engage walk-in guests, ensuring a warm reception and providing clear explanations of the property products, offerings, and key selling points.
- Handle daily customer enquiries by providing prompt, accurate, and appropriate responses, while escalating complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Coordinate with purchasers, banks, and solicitors on matters relating to the Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) and loan documentation.
- Monitor purchaser payment schedules and assist in following up on outstanding payments when required.
- Provide administrative and logistical support during sales events or promotional activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
