Requirements
INDUSTRY: AUTOMOTIVE ACCESSORIES
Language Proficiency
Candidates must possess strong proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Due to the nature of internal coordination and frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking clients, Mandarin fluency is essential.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management).
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics management.
Experience in cross-border eCommerce or freight forwarding is a plus.
Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiar with ERP systems with hands-on operational experience.
Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Behavioral Traits
Honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Excellent coordination, execution, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Other Requirements
Knowledge of Malaysian local logistics regulations and warehouse compliance will be an advantage.

Responsibility
Daily Warehouse Operations
Execute inbound and outbound processes based on company SOPs and FIFO principle.
Verify delivery accuracy against purchase orders; ensure system entries are completed the same day.
Handle customer returns including inspection, repackaging, and system re-entry.
Inventory Control & Documentation
Maintain accuracy between physical stock and system records via regular spot checks and monthly stocktaking.
Report any discrepancies or exceptions to management immediately.
Assist in verifying purchase orders, delivery slips, and ERP entries.
On-site Management & Safety
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following 6S standards.
Implement preventive measures for fire, water, and theft control.
Ensure fire exits are unblocked and unauthorized access is prohibited.
Data & System Management
Operate ERP systems and update inventory records timely and accurately.
Analyze material movement trends to assist with purchasing and restocking decisions.
Team Coordination & Cross-Department Collaboration
Supervise and guide warehouse staff (1–20 people).
Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, and Finance departments for efficient material flow and audit readiness.
Other Duties
Fulfill any ad hoc assignments from senior management.
