Kajang - General Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Agriculture, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in wholesale, FMCG, agriculture, or food distribution, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or GM role.
- Strong understanding of fruit sourcing (local & imported), cold chain logistics, and retail/distribution networks in Malaysia.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, drive profitability, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
- Lead overall business strategy, planning, and execution to achieve sales, margin, and growth targets.
- Oversee all departments: sales, procurement, operations, logistics, finance, and HR.
- Manage full P&L, budgeting, and cost control to maximize profitability.
- Expand local and export market opportunities through customer acquisition and retention.
- Establish key accounts with supermarkets, grocers, restaurants, and distributors.
- Monitor market trends and adjust business strategies accordingly.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of fruits (local and imported).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, importers, and vendors.
- Oversee inventory, cold storage, and logistics operations to ensure freshness and efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team across functions.
- Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
- Set and review KPIs for all department heads.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, import/export regulations, and corporate governance.
- Manage risks related to perishability, supply volatility, and logistics.
