Project engineer

Project Planning & Coordination:

• Assist in the planning and scheduling of civil and structural works from design to completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure timely approvals and execution.
• Design & Technical Review:
• Review and provide input on structural and civil design drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Ensure designs comply with local codes, regulations, and project requirements.
• Site Supervision & Quality Control:
• Monitor site progress and ensure civil and structural works are executed according to approved plans and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Cost & Time Management:
• Support cost estimation and budgeting for civil and structural components.
• Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of works.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., architects, M&E engineers, quantity surveyors) and external parties (e.g., consultants, contractors).
• Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Compliance & Safety:
• Ensure all works adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in obtaining necessary permits and clearances.
