Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and milestones

Liaise with clients and internal team (designers, developers, freelancers)
Handle follow-ups, updates, and meeting coordination
Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
Support preparation of presentations, proposals, and documentation
Assist in on-site coordination during installation/testing
Ensure smooth communication between client and creative team
Strong communication skills (English required, Mandarin preferred)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Proactive mindset — follows up without being told
Basic understanding of creative/media production is a plus
Willing to travel to KL when required
Interested to grow into Project Manager / Producer role
