Indoor Sales Support Executive
ELM Lighting Sdn Bhd Shah Alam Full-time
Minimum SPM.
- 3-5 years working experience in related field.
- Pleasant disposition, good interpersonal and communication skills and analytical competency.
- Possess initiative and ability to work independently and self-motivated.
- Proficiency (written & spoken) in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage.
- Candidates must possess good discipline & attendance
- To assist project team for tendering such as preparation & delivery of documents.
- To issue Purchase Order to supplier for projects goods order.
- To coordinate with customer of goods delivery arrangement.
- To joint verify goods packaging and loading to lorry before delivery.
- To monitor selected project’s stock movement in store.
- To assist associate director of others ad-hoc works assigned.
- To respond incoming email enquiry from local customers.
- To overview indoor sales coordinator daily work tasks.
- To prepare report for project tendering, sales personnel daily activities, sales support of lighting designing report, project progress claim.
- To be responsible for quarterly stock checking in store.
- Working hours: 8.5 H / 5 days / week
