As the Founder's right-hand and our first hire, you will be the operational force behind all three pillars, working directly with the Founder to build, execute, and scale our vision. Key Responsibilities:
1/ Execution Partner- Assist in campaign management, merchandise launches, platform testing, and content creation
- Manage day-to-day operations, including campaign tracking and performance reporting
- Develop and optimise operational processes as we scale
- Serve as the primary point of contact for pet creators
- Handle onboarding, deal negotiations, content vetting, and relationship management
- Contribute to new initiatives as we explore growth opportunities
- Develop ideas and execute experimental projects

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- 1-2 years' experience in marketing, business or operations roles (startup or fast-growing company experience preferred)
- Genuine passion for pets and understanding of pet culture
- Excellent communicator with relationship management skills
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese (daily communication requirement)

- Social media savvy (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu) with trend-spotting abilities
