  • Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Business Admin, Logistics or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in operations/logistics/transportation industry.
  • Physically active – willing to be on the ground when needed.
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Good command and proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Must be disciplined, assertiveandnot too soft-spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and basic data systems. Candidates will be tested for their proficiency during the interview.
  • Must be willing to commute and work at Port Klang, Selangor.

  1. Operational Admin Duties
  • Apply and follow up on Port Pass Applications for drivers and vehicles.
  • Liaise with site and port authorities for vehicle access and entry arrangements.
  • Prepare and follow up on GDN (Goods Delivery Notes).
  • Manage data entry for Packing Lists, inbound/outbound materials and movement records. Vehicle & Driver Coordination.
  • Arrange PUSPAKOM inspection bookings and ensure compliance.
  • Plan and allocate drivers for daily transport requirements.
  • Ensure inspection documents, licenses and road tax renewals are handled properly.
  • Coordinate vehicle usage and assist with fleet availability planning. Operational Support
  • Assist the operation supervisor/team on daily execution of site tasks.
  • Perform on-ground checks, document verifications, and ensure SOP compliance.
  • Coordinate between departments for smooth delivery and dispatch operations.
  • Any other special project and task to support the growth of the company as and when required.
  1. Purchasing Support
  • Assist in preparing and issuing Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Source quotations and perform price comparisons for spare parts, maintenance, etc.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on delivery schedules and confirmations.
  • Maintain and update purchasing records, inventory logs and cost tracking.
  1. Operational Maintenance Support
  • Maintain the equipment and fleet of the operation team to further enhance the efficacy and support the organisation.
  • Any other special task and project to support the operational maintenance support team.
