About the Role
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the growth of the brand’s digital footprint, specifically focusing on e-marketplaces like Shopee and Lazada. This position requires strong execution capabilities, creative problem-solving, and a focus on maximizing the marketing funnel to ensure sustainable growth.You will be responsible for managing substantial monthly budgets and delivering high-yield returns through systematic campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities ...- Lead the planning and execution of full-funnel digital marketing strategies to drive brand engagement and conversion.
- Systematically set up, manage, and scale CPASS to drive direct sales on e-marketplaces while maintaining performance standards.
- Manage a high five-figure monthly A&P budget effectively, tracking expenditures and ROI to ensure maximum cost efficiency.
- Monitor campaign performance daily using sales data and consumer insights to achieve and maintain a consistent Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) of 4x–5x.
- Analyze market and consumer data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations for funnel optimization.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely rollout of digital activities and P.R. initiatives.
- Prepare post-mortem reports for all performance campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with sales and trade marketing teams to align digital initiatives with on-channel strategy and mega-sale promotions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within the FMCG, beauty, or personal care categories.
- Proven track record in managing substantial monthly budgets and achieving high ROAS targets.
- Strong technical proficiency in setting up and maintaining CPAS and other conversion-led ad formats.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail when tracking sales data and consumer insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills for internal coordination and P.R. management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for performance reporting and data visualization.
