- Attend progress meetings and update clients on project status.
- Coordinate with teams to secure necessary resources for project success.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and internal departments.
- Support the PMO Director in implementing project schedules to ensure smooth project flow.
- Assist in achieving set profit margins for projects.
- Supervise and coordinate M&E services at project sites.
- Motivate and develop project team members for continuous improvement and optimal performance.
- Degree in an engineering-related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in M&E works or projects, with significant involvement in project management for turnkey data center projects.
- Strong project management knowledge and effective communication skills.
- Proactive leadership and coordination of M&E services at project sites.
