Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Experience in retail sales, promotion, or customer service is an advantage (especially in electronics/appliances).
• Basic knowledge of product range (training usually provided).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, confident, and comfortable engaging with customers.
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN CONSUMER ELECTRONICS.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice is preferred.
• Actively promote and demonstrate products (e.g., TVs, laptops, appliances) to walk-in customers at assigned outlets.
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and compare models to help customers make informed decisions.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the supervisor or brand team.
• Ensure display areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Collect customer feedback and report any issues or market intelligence to the sales coordinator.
• Support in-store promotions and participate in roadshows or special events when required.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
