Possess a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Entry-level position, welcoming applications from fresh graduates eager to launch their careers in accounting and tax services.
Proficiency in financial management principles and bookkeeping practices.
Skilled in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with accounting software such as SQL Accounting and UBS Accounting.
Demonstrated meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong asset.
Ability to work onsite at our office located in Jalan Kikik, Perai, Pulau Pinang, 13600, Malaysia.
Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Support the bookkeeping process by accurately recording financial transactions using UBS Accounting software.
Collaborate with senior accountants to reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, report generation, and financial modeling under supervision.
Assist in the preparation of basic tax computations and documentation for clients.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail when entering and verifying financial data to ensure accuracy.
Communicate effectively with clients in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to gather necessary financial information.
