Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certificate or equivalent.
- Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues with large printer machineries.
- Exhibit excellent service orientation and a commitment to providing exceptional technical support to clients in the field.
- Capable of effectively coordinating with other team members and departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain punctuality and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of the job, from troubleshooting to documentation.
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks and demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Possess strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Provide machinery technical support and technical support to customers.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on large printer machineries at customer sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues on printing equipment.
- Install and configure new printer machineries, providing on-site training to customers.
- Respond to service calls in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and parts used.
- Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to resolve complex technical problems.
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits.
- Manage and maintain a spare parts inventory for efficient service delivery.
