about the job
  • Lead complex interior design projects, from concept development to execution, ensuring design vision is translated into stunning, functional spaces.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing expertise, constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative design environment.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and brand identity, translating them into compelling design concepts.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging materials, and innovative design techniques to consistently deliver cutting-edge and imperatively designs.
about the requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of leading and managing projects.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful interior design projects, including office spaces.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
