- 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in manufacturing or EMS industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and cost accounting.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Monitor product costing, bill of materials (BOM), and manufacturing overhead allocation.
- Support cost analysis for production processes and materials usage.
- Analyze variances between standard cost and actual cost.
- Work closely with production and supply chain teams to control manufacturing costs.
