Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies
- Perform stock receiving, checking, and recording
- Cashier experience is prioritize
- Ensure proper storage and stock rotation (FIFO)
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate stock distribution to multiple restaurant outlets
- Track usage and prepare inventory reports
- Liaise with purchasing, kitchen, and outlet teams
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas
- Assist in minimizing stock loss and wastage
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory, storekeeping, or F&B stock control preferred
- Fresh graduates with relevant training are welcome to apply
- Basic computer skills (Excel / inventory system)
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Honest, responsible, and able to work independently
- Able to handle physical stock and lifting when required
- Willing to work in a restaurant / F&B environment
