JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Storekeeper to manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of goods in accordance with company standards. The role involves verifying deliveries against purchase orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock audits, and ensuring timely replenishment of materials.

The Warehouse Storekeeper will organise and label storage areas, keep the warehouse clean and orderly, and report any damaged goods, shortages, or discrepancies. Responsibilities may also include operating warehouse equipment, assisting with minor repairs, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse operations; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in basic inventory software.
  • Physical ability to lift and move goods; forklift license is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and a responsible, team-oriented attitude.

Working Hours/Days:

Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5.00pm

Saturday – 8.30am – 1.30pm
  • Receiving Deliveries: Inspect and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in quantity, quality, and condition before acceptance.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain up-to-date and accurate stock records, input data into inventory systems, and perform scheduled and ad-hoc stock audits to prevent discrepancies.
  • Stock Replenishment: Monitor inventory levels proactively, notify the procurement team when stock is low, and ensure timely replenishment to meet operational needs.
  • Issuing Goods: Prepare and distribute materials or products efficiently to internal departments or customers, ensuring proper documentation for each transaction.
  • Maintaining Order: Organise and label shelves or storage areas systematically, maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse, and ensure goods are stored in optimal conditions.
  • Reporting: Record and escalate any cases of damaged goods, shortages, or other stock issues to supervisors promptly for corrective action.
  • General Duties: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, assist with minor repairs or maintenance, and collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
