Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Proficient in:
- Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Social media scheduling tools
- Brevo, Canva, CapCut
- Basic HTML for emails & websites
- Strong in creative content, visual design, and analytical thinking.
- Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and stay cool during crunch time.
- Manage social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Business).
- Plan & schedule 8 posts monthly on the content calendar.
- Brainstorm, create and run online campaigns.
- Analyze metrics and prepare reports for improvements.
- Update and enhance site layout and content.
- Manage product listings, articles, promotions.
- Ensure website syncs with ongoing campaigns.
- Design & launch HTML email campaigns.
- Monitor performance and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate on internal visual requests.
- Coordinate with printers/suppliers.
- Capture & edit event photos/videos.
- Respond to negative reviews tactfully.
- Upload urgent announcements/products to website within hours.
- Submit monthly Sales & Marketing report to Head of Department.
