Account Manager

The Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, managing accounting processes, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial advice to support business growth and decision-making.

• Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Candidates must possess at least Degree
• *Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• *Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• *Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• *Manage and supervise the daily operations of the accounts department.
• *Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• *Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
• *Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• *Maintain the company’s financial records in accordance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.
• *Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and government authorities for audits and tax matters.
• *Develop, review, and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• *Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for cost control and business improvement.
• *Monitor and manage company budgets and forecasts.
• *Lead and mentor a team of accounting staff.
