Were looking for a driven and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers a real-world experience where you'll support the HR and admin team with day-to-day tasks across departments. Youll report directly to the HR team lead and work closely with team members across Synergy Outsourcing Malaysia (SOM), gaining hands-on knowledge in HR operations within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Job Description- Assist in preparing HR documents, offer letters, and payroll-related reports
- Support admin tasks including data entry, organizing records, and document filing
- Help manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate with various departments within Synergy Outsourcing Malaysia (SOM) to ensure smooth HR operations
- Handle employee inquiries and provide necessary support regarding policies
- Participate in employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture
- Able to communicate strongly in English and BM. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work well in a team.
- Able to travel to PJ.
- Allowance: RM 800 - RM 1000 + Indoor Car Park Provided (worth RM 250)
