- Demonstrate a strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) techniques.
- Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for business development and sales growth.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
- Provide comprehensive sales support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records, track sales performance, and generate reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.

- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets within the beauty and skincare sector.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client relationships.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company objectives and market trends.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management on a regular basis.
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines, and generate insightful reports for sales planning and analysis.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Provide sales support and training to clients to ensure they are knowledgeable about Astraluma Beauty's products and services.
