Manufacturing engineering manager [pcba] - Johor Bahru

We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager for a leading player in the E&E Manufacturing Industry for their expansion. This company has a legacy of more than 50 years in the world. This position requires your urgent attention.

• Plan, coordinate, and lead engineering projects by developing detailed execution plans and ensuring seamless integration of technical activities across departments.
• Lead and supervise a team of engineers in the development, testing, modification, and implementation of technical solutions. Oversee key engineering functions including Test, Manufacturing, Automation, and Industrial Engineering.
• Establish and enforce engineering policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent and high-quality technical work.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments such as Management, Production, and IT to align on project requirements and execution strategies.
• Set priorities, define timelines, and develop both short-term and long-term plans to ensure successful project completion.
• Forecast and manage manpower requirements based on ongoing and upcoming project demands and overall business outlook.
• Oversee product cost management and support the development of cost models for new products.
• Drive business growth by recommending and implementing enhancements to products or production lines, enabling entry into new markets or expansion within existing ones.
• Actively contribute to maintaining and improving the company’s quality management system, including compliance with ISO 9000 standards and any additional customer-specific quality requirements

• Candidates should hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
• Prior experience and specialization in Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) is highly preferred.
