JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentation
  • Reconcile bank statements & cash claim
  • Assist with month-end accounting tasks
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries
  • Assist in Admin matters (Update documentation customer)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Bahasa Malaysia & English only)
  • Ability to multitask, priorities, and work to deadlines
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Proficient in using Excel & UBS Accounting system is ADVANTAGE
Working Hours
  1. 00am-6.00pm
Monday - Friday
