JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentation
- Reconcile bank statements & cash claim
- Assist with month-end accounting tasks
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries
- Assist in Admin matters (Update documentation customer)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Bahasa Malaysia & English only)
- Ability to multitask, priorities, and work to deadlines
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Proficient in using Excel & UBS Accounting system is ADVANTAGE
- 00am-6.00pm
