This role plays a critical role in supporting the sales organization by ensuring operational excellence across revenue recognition, pipeline hygiene, billing, and forecasting processes. This role acts as a bridge between sales, finance, and operations teams, proactively identifying and resolving issues that impact revenue accuracy and sales efficiency.The specialist will manage data integrity, support dispute resolution, and drive process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and billing compliance. A key focus will be on enabling sales teams to focus on selling by removing operational roadblocks and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
You Will- Prepare and validate Revenue Recognition data for client sign-off; follow up with internal Operations teams to ensure accurate categorization.
- Monitor Revenue – (Actuals & Scheduled Billings), Quoting tool status, and pipeline to identify revenue gaps or duplications; support Sales Management with clean forecasting outlooks.
- Conduct weekly and daily pipeline hygiene checks; flag issues like missing close plans or overdue opportunities and follow up with sellers.
- Investigate and reconcile billing/invoicing issues, including MS Sales decrements, disputes, and credits; collaborate with internal Ops and Finance teams to ensure accurate landing and reconciliation of issues.
- Support forecasting processes by joining or leading closing calls, tracking deal progression, and preparing forecast files.
- Manage Support Help tickets related to pricing, tool issues, Quote tool updates, and billing escalations.
- Proactively monitor deal progress and collaborate with Quoting team and management to resolve issues in the prep or completion of deals.
- Generate and distribute reports on hygiene exceptions and billing readiness; ensure timely seller action in CRM.
- Malaysia citizen
- Graduates with a Diploma/Degree, from 3-4 years of relevant working experience preferred
- Proficient in English communication
- Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
- Handle confidential information with complete integrity
- Prior experience working independently with team-player mindset
- Proven success in administrative tasks, organization of work materials, prioritization, and adherence to deadlines
- Ability to identify, analyze, problem-solve, and recommend corrective and preventive action for high complexity and ambiguous scenario/ issues. Escalate most challenging scenarios to management for direction
- Ability to clearly articulate issues and challenges, and propose ideas or solutions
- Proven ability to focus on customer needs and communicate with higher level staff, as needed
- Proven success in working under pressure and tight deadlines (with or without guidance from senior team members)
- Prior experience in following scripts and/or processes according to contractual agreements
- Proven success in multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively
- Ability to follow established procedures and practices
- Proven success and aptitude to learn new technology and data
- Working Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days WFO (Tue-Thu) & 2 days WFH (Mon & Fri)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
