Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our client team. This role will focus on supporting procurement administration, including contract creation, volume requirements and allocation management, vendor master data updates, vendor lifecycle tool management, savings encoding, reporting, analysis, tracking and addressing block invoices.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contract Administration & Creation:
  • Support the procurement team in the preparation, drafting, and execution of procurement contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely contract execution.
  1. Volume Requirements & Allocation:
  • Monitor and analyze procurement volumes, ensuring alignment with market needs.
  • Assist in the allocation based on submitted volume requirements.
  1. Vendor Master Data & Lifecycle Management:
  • Maintain and update the vendor master database with accurate and up-to-date vendor information. ...
  • Track and manage the vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, performance tracking, and contract renewals.
  • Support the team by identifying and documenting corrective actions for non-compliant suppliers.
  1. Savings Encoding:
  • Encode savings information into the system to ensure accurate reporting and tracking.
  1. Reporting, Analysis & Tracking:
  • Generate and analyze procurement-related reports as requested by team.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to support decision-making processes.
  1. Block Invoice Management:
  • Monitor and investigate block invoices, collaborating with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely resolution of issues to avoid payment delays

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics/ Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in procurement, contract management, or supply chain operations or related f

  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
