Sales Executive - Kajang

We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role involves promoting and selling our products/services to clients across Malaysia. The candidate must be willing to travel for outstation assignments, client visits, and project rollouts.

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent working experience).
• Proven sales experience, preferably in [insert industry if specific, e.g., defense, equipment, B2B, etc.].
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel extensively for outstation work.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Manage and follow up on sales leads, quotations, and negotiations.
• Attend tenders, exhibitions, and other relevant events.
• Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Travel outstation for customer visits, project coordination, and exhibitions (frequent travel required).
