The Position**

Avares (M) Sdn Bhd, a prominent distributor of specialty chemicals, is looking for a Purchasing Executive to enhance their vibrant team. This full-time position is located in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, and will be essential in aiding the organization’s procurement and inventory management functions.

**Primary Responsibilities**
  1. Oversee the complete purchasing cycle, including sourcing, negotiation, and order placement for various materials and supplies.
  2. Keep supplier information current and regularly assess their performance to guarantee optimal pricing and delivery reliability.
  3. Work closely with internal teams to accurately forecast and plan inventory levels to satisfy production and operational needs.
  4. Efficiently process purchase requisitions and orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Communicate with suppliers to effectively resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or billing.
  6. Play a role in formulating and executing purchasing strategies to enhance cost savings and operational efficiency.
  7. Assist in generating procurement-related reports and analysis.
