We're looking for a reliable and organized Admin Clerk to join our team! If you're someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this role could be a great fit for you. You’ll be supporting daily office operations, managing incoming and outgoing mail, organizing files, and assisting with administrative documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, travel, events, and general admin tasks.
  • Assist day to day operations of the office administrations function and duties.
  • To record and deliver all incoming mail and send outgoing mail.
  • To organize a proper filing system for the department.
  • Assist in documentation of admin documents for the company.
  • A SPM, Business administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of working experience in a relevant position
  • Must be able to converse in Mandarin & English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Independent, hardworking and able to work with minimum supervision.

Please note this role will be situated at Menara PKNS, 17, Jalan Yong Shook Lin, Seksyen 7, 46050 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
