Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance (e.g., Account Assistant, Finance Executive)
  • Experience supporting management or executives is an added advantage but not mandatory
Technical Skills
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with accounting software (AutoCount / UBS / SQL) is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Soft Skills
  • Strong organisational skills in managing data, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High integrity and able to handle confidential information discreetly
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Fluent in Mandarin and Hokkien
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and resourceful
Accounting & Financial Support
  • Perform accounting and financial-related tasks as assigned by the Director
  • Assist in coordinating communication between the Director and internal departments
Business & Operational Support
  • Prepare reports, documents, and official letters when required
  • Coordinate client appointments and ensure smooth scheduling
  • Act as the primary contact person for clients, including handling enquiries and arranging meetings
  • Liaise with internal teams to obtain required reports and information
Administrative Support (Minimal)
  • Maintain proper filing and organisation of business documents
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive documents
