Degree in Science, Food Science, Pharmaceutical Science or related field
- Minimum 6–10 years QA/QC experience
- Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and GMP
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Lead QA/QC operations covering incoming, in-process and finished goods inspection
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO or other quality standards
- Manage quality documentation including SOPs and specifications
- Lead investigations into quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Manage internal and external audits
- Oversee product release processes
- Drive quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure calibration and validation programs are maintained
- Develop QA/QC team capabilities
- Collaborate with Production and R&D on quality matters
