Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum one (1) year of working experience, preferably in purchasing, procurement, or a related field.
- Well organised, with good interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of inventory management or procurement systems.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with approved policies, procedures, and delegated authority limits
- Execute Purchase Requisitions (PR) by verifying completeness, accuracy, budget availability, and required approvals prior to processing.
- Generate and issue Purchase Orders (PO) in the APAC system accurately and within stipulated timelines.
- Maintain and manage vendor records, including performance feedback and basic supplier evaluations.
- Maintain, update, and control procurement and logistics documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping and audit readiness.
- Provide guidance, basic training, and refresher sessions on APAC system usage for users when required.
- Provide first-level support for APAC-related queries and assist in monitoring user compliance with approved procurement workflows.
- Coordinate procurement-related documentation and communication with branch offices and internal departments.
- Prepare procurement summaries, reports, and tracking logs as required for management review.
