Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Handle sales enquiries from walk/ call in customers.
- Close sales, get new leads, follow up with potential customers.
- Build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers.
- Monitor sales processes based on ISO standards including following up on loan applications and liaising with solicitors on loan documentations.
- Assist and participate in preparation and execution of launches and promotional events.
- Conduct market research and keep abreast with trends, demands, and comparable market prices.
- Maintain proper filing of potential leads and up-to-date sales progress.
- Manage sales gallery and show units.
- Possess a minimum of STPM or Diploma in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Management or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in property sales.
- Communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge in IFCA software is an added advantage.
- Able to work on weekends.
