Ampang Jaya - Junior Commercial Executive

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in tendering, pre-contract, or commercial support roles.
• Good understanding of tender processes and commercial terms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of tender software is an qdvantage.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and submitting tenders, bids, and pre-qualification documents.
• Support in cost estimation, rate build-ups, and pricing analysis.
• Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, procurement, legal) for tender inputs.
• Review tender documents, identify key requirements, and highlight potential risks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date tender trackers and commercial records.
• Assist in attending tender briefings, site visits, and client clarification meetings.
• Stay updated with market rates, supplier prices, and industry trends.
