Education & Experience
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in administrative or project coordination roles.
  • Experience in supporting engineering, construction, or technical projects is an advantage.
Skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.

  • To provide full admin support to the project and design team to ensure smooth running of the department operation.
  • Assist the movement of project team such as travel arrangement such as air ticket and hotel accommodation and etc.
  • Maintain record of progress of project.
  • Perform filing, scanning and printing duties.
  • Organize and coordinate meeting, conference room, property and facility maintenance.
  • Manage company sensitive information with strictly P&C.
  • Assist to prepare formal letters, emails, reports, tender documents, tender evaluations, budgetary costing as per request.
  • Attend incoming calls, emails and faxes.
  • Provide administrative/clerical support to other department of the company such as human resource and finance as required and other duties assign from time to time.
