Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Must have own transport.
- Willing to travel to project sites as needed
- Review construction plans and verify accuracy of Bill of Quantities (BQ).
- Ensure quantities in the BQ match the project drawings.
- Assist in preparing quotations within set deadlines.
- Interpret and understand construction drawings thoroughly.
- Evaluate maintenance, material costs, and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate and communicate with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
