Social Media & Content Coordinator - Ampang Jaya
We are looking for a highly organized and creative Social Media & Content Coordinator to manage our social media posting schedule, collaborate with designers, create engaging captions, and oversee basic content production. This role will ensure our brand’s online presence remains active, consistent, and aligned with our marketing goals.-Basic knowledge on managing brand social media accounts.
- Good copywriting skills with an eye for engaging storytelling.
- Basic photo and video shooting skills (smartphone or basic camera).
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Social Media Scheduling & Posting
Plan, schedule, and post content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Maintain a consistent posting calendar to ensure regular audience engagement.- Coordination with Designer
Work closely with graphic designers to ensure visuals meet brand guidelines.
Provide creative briefs and timelines for design deliverables.- Caption Writing & Content Approval
Write engaging captions tailored to each platform and audience.
Submit captions and visual content for management approval before posting.- Instagram Story & Reels Management
Plan, create, and post Instagram Stories.
Capture and edit basic Reels content (shooting simple videos on-site).
Manage social media collaboration posts with influencers, partners, or collaborators.- Team Coordination
Join and contribute to the weekly meeting to align on event and content needs.
Coordinate with the production team for event coverage and content creation.
