• Oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain, from procurement to distribution, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods and services.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize costs, improve efficiency, and enhance service levels.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with internal departments, such as production, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with business objectives.
• Analyze supply chain data, identify trends, and implement improvements to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and improve overall supply chain performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including food safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
