Golden Destinations by ICE Holidays Sdn Bhdis a leading B2B travel wholesaler in Malaysia, with a unique business model offering ready-made products and packages to partners, backed by established and matured branding. Their marketing concept is to develop marketable travel packages based on market demand and trends, offered through their dynamic B2B booking engine.
We are looking for an organised and proactive Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of marketing and corporate events.
This is a full-time on-site role as an Event Coordinatorat Golden Destinations by ICE Holidays Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Events, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (preferred)
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Able to work weekends and travel when required
- Coordinate logistics for events, travel fairs, and roadshows
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and partners
- Support on-site event setup and operations
- Assist with timelines, materials, and post-event follow-up
