Revenue Management Manager (FMCG, Hybrid)
Our client is seeking a dynamic Revenue Management Manager to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. This role offers an exciting opportunity to define and achieve top-line, gross margin, and market share ambitions by setting and deploying the Revenue Management Group (RMG) strategy
As a Revenue Management Manager, your primary responsibility will be to define the RMG strategy and priority initiatives that shape and support the broader commercial strategy. You will identify value growth opportunities using robust analytics and insights, setting strategic guidelines for perfect execution
Key Responsibilities:
- Define RMG strategy & priority initiatives to shape & support broader commercial strategy.
- Identify value growth opportunities based on clear methodology and strong analytics.
- Set strategic and execution guidelines across the RMG levers.
- Embed RMG within cross-functional teams.
- Position RMG as a strategic business partner in commercial strategy and execution.
- Foster a culture of value- and fact-based decision making.
The ideal candidate for the Revenue Management Manager position brings around 10 years of commercial experience, preferably with previous RMG expertise
Key Requirements:
- Around 10 years of commercial experience.
- Previous RMG expertise or experience in business roles.
- Demonstrated impactful project management skills.
- Clear understanding of RMG, Brand Portfolio Pricing, Pack Price Architecture, Mix Management, Promotion Optimization, Discount & Trade Terms and Channel performance analysis.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Problem-solving mindset eager to deliver results
