What you'll do:
As a Senior Corporate Finance Manager based in Damansara, you will take ownership of critical finance functions that underpin the success of a prominent property developer. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with internal teams and external partners to secure optimal financing solutions through effective treasury management.You will lead the preparation of complex loan proposals supported by rigorous financial modelling and business case development. Negotiating favourable terms with banking partners will be central to your remit as you ensure liquidity is managed efficiently across all business units.

- Manage treasury functions by liaising with bankers to identify, evaluate, and recommend suitable financing options from banks and financial institutions.
- Prepare comprehensive loan applications and proposals incorporating detailed financial models, projections, and business cases to support funding requirements.
- Lead negotiations with banks to finalise financing arrangements covering loan terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, covenants, and ensure compliance with agreements.
- Monitor liquidity and cashflow across the organisation while ensuring efficient placement of excess funds for optimal returns.
- Conduct thorough interest and debt analysis by providing relevant information and reports to facilitate informed decision-making at executive level.
- Drive the management and execution of corporate exercises such as mergers & acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, fundraising initiatives including due diligence, valuation, feasibility studies, and special projects as required by management.
- Collaborate closely with project managers to develop annual group budgets, conduct project feasibility studies, review budget variances against actual results, and forecast future budget needs.
- Establish robust financial processes by implementing internal controls in line with statutory requirements; regularly review policies for compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Develop risk management frameworks including risk registers and governance structures; oversee regular risk monitoring activities and prepare dashboards for executive or board-level review.
