Marketing Executive Event Focus

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome)
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Comfortable with event setup and able to work on-site during events or weekends (occasionally)
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and simple online advertising is an advantage
• Responsible, team player, and able to work under minimal supervision
• Interest in the automotive industry is a plus
• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, roadshows, and showroom activities
• Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations
• Prepare event materials such as buntings, flyers, and promotional items
• Assist in showroom branding and visual merchandising setup
• Support marketing team with simple social media posts or paid ads when necessary
• Track and report event performance and expenses
• Handle other marketing-related tasks as assigned
