Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Possess good organizational skills and be meticulous in work.
  • Positive attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as in a team.
  • Responsible and highly disciplined.
  • Good command of English in terms of writing, reading, and speaking. Candidates must also be able to speak Mandarin (ability to speak other languages/dialects is an advantage).
  • Willing to work in Seberang Jaya, Penang.
  • Competitive salary, depending on experience and skill level.
  • Knowledge of e-Invoicing and SST submission is an advantage.
  • Candidates who can start immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
  • Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation).
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Arrange payments to suppliers and monitor payment schedules
  • Monitor cash flow and process monthly operating expenses and credit card settlement
  • Process monthly payroll and statutory submission accurately and on time
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation and handle staff claims
  • Manage company licenses, subscription renewals, tenancy renewal and office supplies
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for financial and administrative records
  • Coordinate with the management team on various administrative and financial matters
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and financial regulations
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time
